We collect personal data that you provide to us directly, for example when you send us an email or submit an enquiry via a contact form. The information you provide is stored and used for the purpose of handling your enquiry.

2.2 Information collected automatically when visiting the website

When you access and use our website, certain data is collected automatically. We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text files that are stored on the user’s device and collect information about visitors and the use of our website. Cookies allow the user to be recognised and enable us to provide more user-friendly, effective and secure services via the website.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called «session cookies». These are automatically deleted at the end of your visit to our website. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

You can configure your browser settings so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are disabled, the functionality of this website (e.g. language selection or repeated display of the cookie banner) may be limited.

3.2 Analytics tools

We also use cookies and third-party analytics tools to measure and evaluate your use of the website in order to understand user behaviour. When you visit the website, data is collected on when and for how long the website is accessed, which pages are visited, which functions are used and which content is displayed. This allows us to better understand how the website is used.

These third-party providers use cookies, identifiers and similar technologies to identify users. We cannot exclude the possibility that these providers may track your use of the website, combine this data with data from other websites also tracked by them, and use this information for their own purposes and potentially associate it with you.
These third-party providers are responsible for the processing of your personal data and their respective privacy policies apply. The following third-party tools are integrated into our website:

Matomo’s stated mission is to give users and website operators control over how data is used and, consequently, over data ownership. As the analytics data is stored on our own web hosting, it is not shared with third parties and cannot be accessed by them.

You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Thereafter, the data is either deleted or anonymised, unless we are exceptionally required to retain it for a longer period, for example due to statutory retention and documentation obligations or our legitimate interests, such as for evidentiary purposes or IT security. Data relating to the use of our website is generally anonymised or deleted after 12 months, unless we are required to retain it for a longer period in exceptional cases, for example to safeguard our legitimate interests or to prevent misuse.

6. Data security

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us via the contact form, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption.
